What were the Goals?

This project centered around web design was not just about aesthetics; it was about creating a stable and reliable marketing channel that serves as the heart of the client’s business. The client’s primary objectives were to preserve their artistic vision while ensuring the website could act as an internal CRM system with features such as customer segmentation, notes and activities and purchase history, providing a robust foundation for their marketing efforts. This dual focus on design aesthetics and functionality was pivotal in establishing a dependable marketing hub to drive the client’s business forward.

Additionally, we expanded the project scope to include vital elements like website speed optimization, quick chat integration, SMS automations and setting up GA 4 and Search Console, ensuring our client’s long-term success.

To address the absence of a dedicated website manager, we provided a solution comprising customized training videos and a 5-hour on-demand coaching session, empowering team members to effectively handle maintenance tasks and project launches.
